Brand new never used. This thing is an excellent unused condition and still has the original price sticker. Very minimal marks around the head of the Ratchet as you can see in the photos. There is nothing crazy, but I am all about full disclosure. I do not want you disappointed. Additionally, where the flex head connects to the ratchet body there is very minimal surface press on that metal as you can see in the photos. Once again, nothing crazy and probably nothing that can’t be cured with WD-40, but I’ve already hit it with grease lubricant once
