this is a used preowned billings vitalloy S 1018 1/2" drive speed handle wrench.the wrench is a little longer then 17-1/4" long.anyway there is some wear on this tool.there are some scuffs,scratches and small nicks and dings throughout all sides of the tool.there is a slight rust ring around the handle where it meets the shaft as well as some around the ball if you will where you attach the socket.there are some dark marks here and there from where i removed some rust with some fine steel wool.the wrench is not bent or twisted in anyway that i can see,just general use wear and still looks like it could get the job done.the handle could use a little oil,it is somewhat squeaky if you will.thank you for looking at this listing.
