Custom 3D Printed Adjustment kit for the Vanos in BMW engines (M52 and M54) with dimensions according to the BMW VANOS TOOL 116150. I found the Vanos adjustment measures on BMW forums and made this jig/kit to adjust the Vanos to these parameters. It worked a charm on my M54 engine swapped Z3 (see pictures) who’s vanos got out of wack. Top end power increased significantly after adjusting. I am by no means an expert on these engines, so use at your own discretion.
