Brand new never used. These have the black oxide finish. These are demo wrenches from the collection of a former Armstrong employee. These have never been circulated. As you can see from the photos, they have the same stock number, but they are different in style. Many of the things I received from this gentleman are demo. Wrenches with some green stamped demo.
