This is a vintage very old Vulcan 3723 double box end wrench, made in the USA. It features a 7/16″ x 3/8″ size, 12-point design, and SAE measurement system. The wrench is chrome-plated and has an offset shape for easier access to tight spaces. It is a single item with no warranty included.
