Used condition. No owners markings on any screwdrivers. The SHDP421R #2 Phillips screwdriver is brand new, has a grey and red handle unlike the rest which are all black and red. Normal wear form use on handles and some screwdrivers are a little dirty. All the flat head screwdrivers have no major wear or twisting. The stubby #2 Phillips and standard #1 Phillips are in good working condition but show wear from use. Plastic is sturdy and in working shape as a storage tray but has some cracks in the side like the ones pictured. Shipping cost due to item being shipped in a larger box to provide sufficient padding to protect storage tray from damage in shipping.
