This is a vintage 3/8″ drive ratchet from Snap-On, part number Ferret F-70N, made in the USA. The ratchet works as it should without excessive wear. There are a few rust pits that have accumulated during the many years it has been in existence but nothing that affects its use. It measures about 7″ long. Shipping via USPS First Class. If you think that might be the case, we will eagerly give you a direct quote upon knowing your zip code. We do feel, however, that quality packaging is more important than saving a few pennies.
