This is a very early BM-71 Williams 1/4” ratchet, fine tooth. It works very well wifi positive tooth engagement in both directions. It’s been uncleaned, no wore wheeling or chemical treatments. Pictures show condition pretty clearly-hard to show details with the small nature of this ratchet and the black oxide finish. Photos show condition accurately-non owners marks or damage.
