(2) First place the pilot cone on the end of the injector, seal starting. Use the installer to push the seal further onto the cone until it is properly seated in the groove in the injector tip. Place the sizer on the seal, making sure the seal is compressed to the correct OD for a secure installation into the cylinder head.
