Lost / Damaged in transit items: Please allow 14 business days for carriers to process the claim. We will only reship when we have received confirmation of approval from carrier. If the customer finds that the item is an incorrect item and/or some of the parts are missing, please contact us immediately. We will be responsible for the return shipping and reshipping fee if we made the mistake. If the customer made a mistake and would like to return item - customer is responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges.
