The Astro Pneumatic 658 Air Slide Hammer Puller is the market's first true air powered slide hammer, delivering up to 185 blows per minute with the pull of a trigger. It provides pulling force comparable to a 4.5 to 6 pound manual slide hammer while reducing user fatigue and improving consistency. The tool uses common 5/8-18 threads for compatibility with most slide hammer attachments, allowing removal of pilot bearings, hubs and collision repair components. Both the extension rod and spindle share matching threads for long reach or compact use. A lever throttle provides adjustable force and speed, and the tool operates best at 80 to 120 PSI with 3.0 CFM air consumption.
