This harmonic Balance pulley has been slightly modified to fit directly into the OEM harmonic balance. When purse they designed it not to fit, and you have to adjust it a little bit to make it fit. Mine is completely adjusted to fit inside the harmonic balance to lock it down in order to remove the bolt.
