It turns on and spins but I think there is an issue with the trigger switch because you can hold it down and it will spin but then randomly slow down and then speed back up. I’m not 100% what is caused this but this is why it is priced lower than other listings. Also it is missing the blade lock switch. It was obtained via a surplus auction, previously owned by JHKelly which explains the green paint.
