For those who struggle with cutting the 90-05 Mazda Miata OEM NA NB Side Hard Top Striker Plate/Latches this is the tool for you. here is a link to my how to video https://youtu.be/AqfwJb1cyGc CNC machined from durable ColorCore hdep plastic like my Miata rear main seal tools. In a shape to enable locating the exact shape and position you need to cut the interior panel to install your hard top strikers. As shown you align the tool with the side button bracket and use a 1-1/8” fostner bit (not provided) to locate and drill upper and lower holes in the panel Then using a dremal or reciprocating trim saw link the bottom and top holes. I’ll post a video using the tool shortly once I have a second to do my other car. But guess most will understand the use as described. Shipping these will add around 6 dollars to the cost above.
