Note: D-312 is my inventory # only. Here is a nice vintage Penens Corp. USA made 1/2" drive ratchet. It is 9.6" long. It is part No. 1661. The last 2 photos show I took it apart, cleaned it, inspected it, re-oiled it the re-assembled it and it is ready for use. It works excellent. It has a 22 tooth gear with dual pawls. I am not sure of the exact year this one was produced. There are no owner engravings on it. FYI Note: Penens Corp. was a subsidiary of Plomb Tool which later became Proto Tool due to a trademark dispute.
