Application: Designed to remove and install the thrust bearing adjustment screws on 10500 lb, 12000 lb, 16000 lb, 18000 lb, and 20000 lb axles on Mack trucks. 1 7/8 Cap Removal Tool fits for 10500 and 12000 lb. axles. 2 3/8 Cap Removal Tool fits for 16000, 18000 and 20000 lb axles. Replacement OEM number: Replaces for OTC 5053, CTA 5044 and 11-3000. Feature: Used with a 1/2 inch square drive ratchet or breaker bar. The upgraded cross design reduces the camming or walking action created by torque and allows the use of ahigh-torque pneumatic impact gun. It can keep the tool fully engaged in the adjusting screw to safely remove the kingpin caps. .
