A genuine piece of American shop history — this hand-operated POP rivet tool was made by United Shoe Machinery Corporation out of Shelton, Connecticut, model PRP-24A. These were workhorse tools in garages, sheet metal shops, and aircraft maintenance bays for decades, and clean working examples like this one are the ones collectors and users actually want. Solid aluminum body, steel handle, correct factory markings and serial number stamped right on it, smooth action out of the box. Comes with an included nosepiece/tip as pictured. A great functional piece for the toolbox or a nice display item for a vintage tool collection.
