Introducing a new VW tool from Fritz Custom Products. A budget friendly 6306 specific bearing puller for Swing Axle Type 1, Type3, ghia VWs / Porsche 356s- works on both long and short Splined axles! This 2 armed puller has ends that are specificly shaped to bite into the 6306 and once engaged cannot slip out. Inspired from Muir Method where simplest solution is often is best. This is a light duty puller for some stubborn bearings. If your axle looks like it was pulled from the Titanic, then getting a Vintage Krebsfer or Kukko would be better suited for that tough application.The best part of the design is that it uses the factory axle spacer in place as the fulcrum to lever against, so it will also pull that off at the same time if it is being stubborn, with no extra special collars to keep on hand or lose in the floor drain abyss.The Forcing Screw end is pointed to fit into the axle end - staying centered not walking off and it swivels preventing damage to the threads.The Arms are laser cut from AR500 1/4" Steel Plate the hardest material I could find - its stronger than Chromoly.To Keep this budget friendly, it only uses 2 arms. I also only deburr the arms and sand lightly on them so they are a little cosmetically challenged from the mill scale pitting.
