Cylinder Head Valve Spring Compressor Removal Stem Seal OHV/OHC Install Tool Kit. Works pretty well. I can confirm that tool allows replacement of stem seals WITHOUT having to take head off. In order to use tool, you need a source of compressed air OR a means of keeping valves up (fill cylinder with string or other).
